My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the oceanfront rooms had some overdue maintenance and were not as clean as I hoped, they did provide all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly kind and caring, making me feel remembered from a previous visit. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the airport and within walking distance of top attractions, but the evening safety in the area was a concern. The dining experience was a bit lackluster, with limited options and some inconvenience in our studio apartment. However, the overall value for money was reasonable, making it a decent choice if you can overlook some flaws.

The rooms were pretty dirty, run down, and in desperate need of refurbishment. The oceanfront view was nice, but the presence of staff nearby made it uncomfortable. The shower area was not well-lit and didn’t feel clean.

The staff were darlings, nice, kind, and genuinely cared about the customer experience. They provided excellent room service, car hire, housekeeping, welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and even happy hour treats.

The hotel's location was ideal, just five minutes from the airport and a short walk to the beach bar and restaurants at Simpson Bay road. However, safety was a concern in the evening, restricting walking options for dining.
